While you are the ultimate expert of your life, it is often valuable to have a trusted guide to help explore and navigate bumps in the road, internal and external conflicts, and relationship issues. As a clinician, I have experience with a wide range of presenting concerns from stress and anxiety to serious mental illness. I specialize in psychotherapy with young adults, adults and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, human sexuality, and relationship issues.

The curriculum is taught within a Christian framework, giving the unique opportunity to integrate Christ-like faith and sound clinical counseling principles within an ethical practice.

Infused with humor and compassion, we will work together to identify and build a personal development toolkit for effective communication in relationships, boundary setting, navigating identity struggles, learned behaviors, intergenerational trauma, and explore agency within your life. My professional experience includes individual and group therapy with adults, both for community health centers and private practice. Prior to earning my Master’s of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University, I held a career in the addictions field for over 7 years where I helped many individuals and families navigate the complexities of addictions.
