Mental Health Reports or Evaluations

 

We provide comprehensive mental health evaluations to address a variety of immigration difficulties that children and adults may face. We have experience with waivers, VAWA, asylum, U-visa, and cancellation of deportation. Prices vary depending on need and deadline requirements.

Assessments are used to help rule out diagnoses, clarify and show suffering or to better inform current suffering.

It consists of two-three sessions in which therapist conducts a structured clinical interview. Sometimes along with possible self-reported symptom inventories, then the written report is presented, results explained, and all questions are answered. Written reports can then be provided to attorney, courts, and immigration authorities. If court testimony is needed there are additional fees associated with the time spent in preparation and testifying.
